The firm operates with a small, experienced core team supported by a network of over fifty trusted subcontractors and trade specialists. Projects range from major structural renovations in Pacific Palisades to custom builds in Beverly Hills and everything in between.

The YAF Developments process is structured to keep homeowners informed and projects moving from the first conversation through to handover. Here is how a typical project unfolds.
Initial Consultation
The process starts with a conversation. Tell us your goals, your site conditions, and your timeline, and our team will outline a realistic plan tailored to your project.
Planning and Design
Once the scope is established, we coordinate with your architects and designers, manage engineering requirements, and handle all permit applications with the relevant Los Angeles city or county departments.
Construction Oversight
Our team manages the full construction phase, including scheduling, crew coordination, subcontractor oversight, and inspections. Homeowners receive consistent updates throughout.
Completion & Handover
At project completion, we walk through the finished build with you, address any outstanding items, and provide ongoing support after handover. The relationship does not end when construction does.
