Project Overview

This project presented one of the more demanding renovation scopes our team has taken on. A gated Country French estate in Flintridge received a full-to-the-studs transformation.

This residence was set on a sprawling horse-zoned lot with oak-shaded paths and complete privacy. The goal was to honor the architectural character of the ivy-clad stone façade while rebuilding the interior to meet the standards of modern luxury living.

The finished residence reflects a careful balance between timeless European character and contemporary amenity. A refined new floor plan, elevated interior finishes, spa-level features, and fully updated mechanical systems all came together without disturbing the exterior identity that made the property distinctive from the outset.

The existing estate required a full structural overhaul while maintaining its historic character.
