The Patricia Avenue residence is a two-story Spanish Colonial Revival originally designed by architect Gerard Colcord. Original details that defined the home's character (including arched doorways, white plaster walls, exposed timber beams, and hand-forged iron hardware) were carefully preserved throughout the process.
