The Winthrop Road residence sits in one of San Marino's most established neighborhoods — a Spanish-style home with the kind of exterior presence that earns its place on the street. The owners wanted to protect that character while completely rethinking the interior for the way they actually live.

YAF managed a full interior modernization — updated kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and finishes — while leaving the Spanish-style facade, roofline, and exterior detailing untouched. The result is a home that reads as original from the curb and contemporary from every room inside.
