Patricia Avenue is a two-story Spanish Colonial Revival residence originally designed by architect Gerard Colcord. YAF Developments led a meticulous restoration and renovation, honoring the home’s architectural heritage while elevating it for modern living.
Classic elements like arched doorways, white plaster walls, exposed beams, and hand-forged iron details were carefully preserved and complemented with refined interior updates.
